Conversations
Sometimes a client will send a message that should have gone to a Tangible Service inbox to your personal email. To get it into Freescout, select the "forward" option in your email client, address it to the email corresponding to the inbox you'd like to send it to, and add @fwd into the message.
Organisation
🏷️ Tags
Tags are global to Freescout. They can be managed from the Tags management page. Click a tag to edit its label or colour, delete it, or navigate to a list of conversations that have the tag applied. Tags can trigger automations or be applied by automations as well.
🗂️ Folders
Folders exist within mailboxes. A folder can be associated with a tag so that tagged conversations are added automatically to the folder. Custom folders can be created in Mailbox Settings -> Custom Folders, and appear in the left sidebar once created.
Workflow Automations
Workflow automations exist within mailboxes. They can be created and managed by navigating to Mailbox Settings -> Workflows.
Take care to be very specific when creating workflows whose action is to assign a conversation. Your rule should be specific, or you risk messing up other team members' automations.
Workflow order impacts order of operation when a conversation lands in the inbox. Workflows will execute top to bottom, according to their sort order on the management screen.
