Maintaining organization and regular communication with clients and the team are important while a project is ongoing.

✅ Quality assurance

Quality assurance (QA) is critical. Clients become frustrated very quickly when they feel like they need to do QA for us, so we do our utmost not to force them to be the ones to discover bugs.

☎️ Dev check-ins

It's important to keep an eye on task assignees to make sure that they're not struggling, and that they reach out to a strategist or senior developer for help if they're stuck. Ideally this intervention takes place before the assignee has spent lots of time going in circles.

When a change in scope, timeline, cost, or any other details about a project occurs, it should be tracked in the project's

🪥 ClickUp hygiene

When ClickUp isn't kept tidy it becomes a chore to use and everyone involves gets feels less compelled to stay neat. Make sure that the state of the project makes it easy to find important information and get an idea of the project's health at a glance.

Communication may be the most important factor when it comes to project success.
