Pre-appointment process for Project Managers
Ahead of a strategist's appointment with one of your clients, be sure to send them the information they need to prepare for the meeting.
If there's an email thread with details about the upcoming call's purpose, copy the important parts and send them to the PM in the relevant client channel, with a link to the thread.
If the strategist needs to look at a specific system or get in context on a specific issue, make sure that's clearly indicated to them, ideally before the meeting with the client is set, so that the strategist has a chance to redirect the client to someone more qualified to address the issue if needed.
