We never have, and likely never will, offer special discounted rates outside those already presented to you, as our margins are already carefully calculated to ensure we can safely deliver value, while also sustaining the R&D efforts that go into the tooling and software that allows us to get more done per hour in our area of expertise.

We know that some providers add arbitrary high margins that they can then "cut" to make clients feel like they're getting a deal, but we've taken the approach of carefully calculating the best price we can offer without compromising on quality and offering it equally to everyone without them having to haggle for it. Wherever we can save, we pass those savings along, such as our reduced volume pricing in exchange for the reduced administrative overhead.

Our expertise may be overkill for your current needs, and we've often worked with people who, in earlier stages of their business, chose to work with "cheaper" providers until that approach reached its limits. It may make more sense for us to revisit collaboration at that time.
